Cancellations Policy
To provide reliable mobile care, we require clients to respect appointment times.
Booking Deposit:
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for first-time appointments. This deposit is applied toward your $100 service fee. Repeat clients may be exempt at the phlebotomist’s discretion.
Cancellations:
- 24+ hours notice: No fee; deposit may be transferred once to a future appointment.
- Less than 24 hours notice: $40 cancellation fee (or loss of deposit if applicable).
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: $75 fee.
On-Site Policy:
If the phlebotomist has already arrived at your location, the full $100 service fee applies.
